Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, remember your preferences, and provide information to website owners.

We use cookies to keep you signed in to your account, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our platform so we can improve it.

Strictly necessary cookies: These are essential for the platform to function. They include session cookies that keep you logged in and security cookies that protect against cross-site request forgery. These cannot be disabled.

Functional cookies: These remember your preferences such as billing interval selection, dashboard tab state, and reach tier choices to improve your experience.

Analytics cookies: We may use anonymised analytics to understand how visitors navigate our site, which pages are most visited, and where users drop off. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

Third-party cookies: Stripe (our payment processor) may set cookies during the checkout process to prevent fraud and ensure payment security. These are governed by Stripe's own cookie policy.

Session cookies: Deleted when you close your browser.

Persistent cookies: Remain on your device for a set period (typically 7–30 days) or until you delete them manually.

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies, delete existing cookies, or be notified when a cookie is set.

Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in and using core platform features.

For guidance on managing cookies in your browser, visit: allaboutcookies.org.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated 'last updated' date.

If you have any questions about our use of cookies, please contact us at [email protected] or via our contact form at stkhai.co.uk/about#contact.
